To back it up a bit… before launching Tower 28 Beauty, Amy spent years working at brands like Smashbox and Josie Maran Cosmetics, learning the business from the inside out. The idea for Tower 28 came from her own experience struggling with eczema and sensitive skin, and realizing there was still a huge gap between products that worked and products that still felt fun to use. She was one of the first founders to take the “clinical” feeling out of effective skincare and makeup.

Amy has built Tower 28 in a way that feels approachable while also becoming one of the biggest success stories at Sephora. The SOS Spray alone has reached that rare level of beauty-product ubiquity where it somehow exists in everyone’s bathroom, gym bag, carry-on, and medicine cabinet simultaneously. Underneath all of it is a really clear point of view around trust. Tower 28 was the first beauty brand to fully adhere to the National Eczema Association’s ingredient guidelines across every product. The best part? It works for me (and adult) and my kids.
